About

The SME Trade Academy, a division of ITC, focuses on digitalizing ITC’s group training sessions—both online and in-person—by incorporating digital learning technologies. This initiative enhances training programs and supports ITC project managers, business support organizations, academic institutions, and development agencies in delivering effective learning solutions to beneficiaries in developing regions.

The Academy assists projects by creating e-learning courses, complete curriculums, and virtual learning environments for communities. It also supports ITC’s technical sections by offering virtual workshop solutions to help teams engage beneficiaries remotely.
